Error message when using Lifesize Desktop App

Error message when using Lifesize Desktop App

If you can’t download the desktop client to a Mac machine running the latest OS (Catalina) release, the solution is as follows:

Go to “System Preferences > Security & Privacy, under the General tab. Click Open Anyway to confirm your intent to open or install the app”

Catalina introduced the concept of notarization for the apps. and we are working on a solution, meanwhile you must select the “Open Anyway”  to install in app.  This only happens when it’s a new install, if the app was already install this will not happen. This is temporary and will get fix as soon as possible.

If you encounter the error message in the screenshot below, follow these steps to fix.
